Thank you for shopping with aelo. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed after  9 PM GMT or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During sales, product launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date your order ships, not the date the order is placed. They do not include processing time.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Note: Some items ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive separately if you order multiple products. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow [2–5] business days for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Customs clearance and inspections
  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Weather, carrier disruptions, or postal strikes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We're not liable for delays caused by these factors, but we'll always do our best to help track down your parcel.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking your local customs office for details before ordering.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

If you notice a mistake, contact us at our email within [12–24] hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged on arrival: Email us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported missing. Please check with neighbours and your local sorting office first.
